First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study aims to understand why many people feel extreme tiredness after a stroke, known as post-stroke fatigue. Researchers will monitor 250 stroke patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and heart function to see if problems with the body's automatic nervous system play a role. No new treatment is being tested; the goal is to gather information that could lead to better treatments in the future.
