Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET scan to find very small pituitary tumors in people with Cushing's disease when regular MRI scans can't see them. About 22 patients will get a special drug (DDAVP) followed by a PET scan to try to make the tumor show up more clearly. The goal is to give surgeons a better map to find and remove the tumor, which is the main treatment for this condition.
