Summary

This study looks at how well beta-lactam antibiotics work in people with liver cirrhosis and bacterial infections. Researchers will review past and current patient data to build a model that helps doctors choose the right dose for each patient. The goal is to reduce deaths and improve treatment success. About 1,000 adults in China will take part.
