Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called BEN301 for people with autoimmune diseases like scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, and inflammatory muscle diseases. The therapy uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-Tregs) to calm the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if it helps control disease symptoms. About 24 adults aged 18-70 will take part.
