Summary
This study aims to understand if crushing belumosudil tablets changes how the drug is absorbed in the body compared to swallowing them whole. It involves 8 adult patients who have chronic graft-versus-host disease after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood after patients take the medication in both forms to see if crushing affects its safety or effectiveness.
