Cancer center tests if crushing a GVHD drug changes how it works
NCT ID NCT07127926
Summary
This study aims to understand if crushing a medication called belumosudil changes how the body absorbs it compared to swallowing it whole. It will involve 8 adult patients who have chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. The main goal is to check if the crushed form works the same way in the body, which is important for patients who have difficulty swallowing pills.
