New hope for transplant patients: drug may prevent dangerous complication
NCT ID NCT07006506
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called belumosudil to standard treatments can better prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in blood cancer patients who receive stem cell transplants. Researchers want to see if this approach helps patients live longer without GVHD or cancer returning. The trial will also monitor the safety of adding belumosudil to existing prevention methods.
