Summary

This study aims to understand why young women with PTSD have a higher risk of heart disease later in life. Researchers will test if drinking beetroot juice can improve blood vessel function in 30 women aged 18-40 who have experienced trauma, with or without PTSD. The goal is to gather knowledge about the link between trauma, mental health, and physical heart health.
