Summary

This study looked at whether eating beef every day for 30 days could improve thinking and visual skills in healthy young women. 80 women aged 18-40 took part, with one group eating beef and the other eating a plant-based protein. Researchers measured their performance on a 3D tracking game and checked blood markers for nutrition. The goal was to see if beef helps with peak mental performance.
