Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (mirabegron and solifenacin) works better than the standard medicine (desmopressin) for children who wet the bed. About 120 children will take either the combo or desmopressin daily for 3 months. Researchers will track how many wet nights they have and check for side effects.
