Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (mirabegron and solifenacin) works better than the standard drug (desmopressin) for children who wet the bed. About 120 children will take one of the treatments daily for 3 months. The goal is to see which approach reduces the number of wet nights more and causes fewer side effects.
