Summary
This study is testing whether simple changes to a bedroom, along with basic sleep tips, can improve sleep for older adults who live alone and have memory concerns. Researchers will work with 40 participants over 8 weeks, making agreed-upon adjustments to their bedroom environment and providing sleep coaching. The main goals are to see if this approach is practical and if it leads to better sleep quality.
