Radiation boost trial targets tough bone cancers
NCT ID NCT07188532
Summary
This study tests whether giving higher, more targeted doses of radiation over a shorter time can better control Ewing sarcoma tumors, especially larger ones. Researchers will personalize radiation doses based on tumor size and characteristics, aiming to reduce cancer recurrence at the original site. The trial also examines blood and tissue samples to find markers that might predict treatment response and disease risk.
