Can online brain education ease migraine pain?

Summary
This study compares two non-drug virtual programs for adults with migraine. Both involve 8 weekly online sessions and extra learning materials. Participants keep their usual medications. The goal is to see which program better reduces migraine-related disability and improves well-being.
