NCT ID NCT05954143
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug called BDC-1001, alone or with another drug (pertuzumab), in people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer who had already tried other treatments including trastuzumab deruxtecan. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors. However, the study was stopped early after only 11 participants enrolled, so results are limited.
