New COPD drug BBT002 enters first human safety trials

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, BBT002, in healthy people and those with COPD to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. About 68 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to check for side effects, not yet to prove it works.
