Summary
This study looked at the safety of BAY 94-9027 (Jivi) in 36 children aged 7 to 12 with severe hemophilia A. The drug is a longer-lasting clotting factor that requires fewer injections. Researchers monitored for allergic reactions and whether the drug stopped working well during the first four doses. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe for younger children.
