NCT ID NCT06997315
First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how our muscles process energy over 24 hours and whether the time of day you exercise changes that. Thirty healthy adults will stay in a lab for 36 hours, receiving steady nutrition through a tube, and provide muscle and blood samples. Some will cycle at 8 AM, some at 8 PM, and others will rest. The goal is to understand natural metabolic rhythms, not to treat any disease.
