Summary
This study tests whether basic body awareness therapy (gentle movement and mindfulness exercises) combined with lifestyle advice can reduce migraine attacks and improve sleep and daily function. Forty adults with migraine will track their headaches, disability, sleep quality, and quality of life over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach offers real relief.
