Summary

This study tests whether baricitinib, an FDA-approved drug for other conditions, can help people with Kohlmeier-Degos (KD) disease that affects the brain and spine. KD is a rare, life-threatening disease causing inflammation and blood clots in small vessels. The trial will enroll 12 adults who will take baricitinib daily for 24 weeks to see if it stops new lesions from forming.
