Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week barbell strength training program can lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol in adults who are not very active. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar in 200 participants. The goal is to see if this type of exercise can help control heart disease risk factors.
