First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looked at whether balance training with stroboscopic glasses (glasses that flicker) could help female volleyball players with chronic ankle instability. Twenty-four players did balance exercises while wearing the glasses. The goal was to see if this improved their balance, jumping, and overall ankle function. The results may offer a new way to ease symptoms and prevent future ankle problems.
