First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether balance training with stroboscopic glasses (glasses that flicker on and off) helps female volleyball players with chronic ankle instability. 24 professional players did balance exercises either with or without the glasses. The results showed that the group using the glasses improved their dynamic balance and ankle function more than the group without them.
