First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining action observation (watching movements) with therapeutic exercise can improve balance and reduce falls in adults aged 65 and older who have a low to moderate risk of falling. About 93 participants will be involved, and their balance, muscle strength, and satisfaction will be measured. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to help seniors stay steady on their feet.
