First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether watching videos of movements (action observation) while doing therapeutic exercises can improve balance and reduce falls in adults aged 65 and older who have a low to moderate risk of falling. About 93 participants will be assigned to either the combined program or exercise alone. The goal is to see if adding visual cues makes balance training more effective.
