First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether people with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) triggered by milk could safely eat baked milk. Seven participants added baked milk to their diet for six weeks. The goal was to see if their esophagus healed and if they could find a safe amount of regular milk to tolerate. The study aimed to help patients expand their diet without causing flare-ups.
