First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new type of immune cell therapy called LMY-920 for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called BAFF on cancer cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors or control the disease.
