Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week Baduanjin exercise program can improve heart and lung fitness, body composition, and reduce sitting time in sedentary adults aged 18 to 59. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the Baduanjin group or a health education group. The goal is to see if this gentle mind-body exercise offers real health benefits for people who sit a lot.
