Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week Baduanjin exercise program can improve fitness, body composition, and reduce sitting time in 208 sedentary adults aged 18-59. Participants are randomly assigned to either Baduanjin training or health education. The main goal is to see if Baduanjin boosts cardiorespiratory fitness.
