First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Baduanjin, a gentle exercise, can help older adults with glaucoma. Sixty people with high eye pressure will be split into two groups: one does Baduanjin for 60 minutes daily (except Fridays) for eight weeks, the other waits. Researchers will measure eye pressure, mood, and quality of life to see if the exercise makes a difference.
