Summary
This study tests whether adding Babao Dan Capsule, a traditional Chinese medicine, to standard antiviral therapy can lower the chance of developing liver cancer in people with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis who are at high risk. About 1,034 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the capsule or a placebo, and researchers will track liver cancer cases over 96 weeks. The goal is to find a new way to prevent liver cancer in this vulnerable group.
