Summary
This study tested whether adding the drug azeliragon to standard radiation and chemotherapy (temozolomide) is safe and shows early signs of working in people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. 33 participants received the combination. The main goals were to find the best dose and check for side effects. Results help guide future larger studies.
