New drug AZD8421 takes on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD8421, alone or with other cancer drugs, in people with advanced ER+ HER2- breast cancer or high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 564 women aged 18 and older will take part.
