New drug combo targets tough cancers: early trial opens

Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug called AZD8421, given alone or with other targeted cancer drugs, in people with advanced ER+ HER2- breast cancer or high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 564 women aged 18 and older will take part.
