Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called AZD9833, alone or with other medicines, in women with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-negative). The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 396 women will take part. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
