Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called AZD0780 in 40 healthy adults who have high LDL ("bad") cholesterol. The main goal is to see if the drug safely lowers cholesterol levels compared to a placebo. Participants will take the drug or placebo by mouth and be monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
