First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called AZD0120 for adults with hard-to-treat multiple sclerosis (MS). The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and potentially calm the immune attack on the brain and spinal cord. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and tolerable in 24 people with relapsing or progressive MS.
