Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week program combining an Ayurvedic diet, yoga, and breathing exercises was practical and helpful for adults with Type 2 Diabetes. Seventeen people started, and twelve finished. Most were able to follow the program, and they saw improvements in blood sugar, weight, waist size, and stress. No serious safety issues occurred, suggesting this approach could be studied further in larger groups.
