NCT ID NCT07400276
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week program of Ayurvedic diet, yoga, and breathing exercises was practical and helpful for adults with Type 2 Diabetes. Seventeen people started, and twelve completed the program. Participants followed the activities at least five days a week and received support by phone, text, or email. The study found that the program was safe and that participants who finished it showed improvements in blood sugar, weight, waist size, and stress levels. These results suggest that larger studies are warranted to confirm the benefits.
