Summary
This study compares a single dose of ayahuasca (a plant-based psychedelic) or esketamine (a fast-acting antidepressant) in 10 adults with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Participants receive one oral dose in a double-blind, randomized setup, and researchers track PTSD symptoms using a standard checklist. The goal is to see if either drug can quickly reduce PTSD symptoms.
