New combo therapy aims to control rare blood cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called axatilimab, alone and with the standard drug ruxolitinib, for people with myelofibrosis (MF) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination helps control the disease. About 66 adults who have tried at least one prior therapy or are new to treatment will take part.
