Summary

This study tests whether combining three drugs (axatilimab, retifanlimab, and paclitaxel) is safe and works against advanced or metastatic solid tumors. About 38 adults with tumors that have spread or come back will receive the combination. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drugs can shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
