Summary
This study tests a new oral drug, AVZO-021, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. The trial includes patients with certain breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers.
