Summary
This early-phase study looks at how the body processes a liquid form of the drug avacopan when given through a feeding tube. It involves up to 6 patients with a rare autoimmune disease (ANCA vasculitis) who have severe lung bleeding and need a breathing machine. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood over 72 hours, not to cure the disease.
