Summary

This study tests whether the drug avacopan, combined with a low-dose steroid, can help people with a severe form of IgA nephropathy (a kidney disease). The goal is to reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function. The trial involves 16 adults whose kidney disease is at high risk of getting worse.
