Summary

This study tests whether automated insulin delivery (AID) systems can safely manage blood sugar during labor and delivery for pregnant people with type 1 diabetes. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to use their own AID system or standard intravenous insulin. The goal is to see if AID improves newborn blood sugar levels and birth satisfaction.
