Summary
This early-stage study tests an oral drug called ATRN-119 in 132 people with advanced solid tumors that have specific DNA repair mutations. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, while also looking for signs it may shrink tumors. Participants must be able to swallow pills and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
