Summary

This study aims to uncover the genetic factors that contribute to atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder. Researchers will collect blood samples and health data from 1300 adults—some with the condition and some without—to build a gene bank. The goal is to better understand why some people develop atrial fibrillation, which could lead to improved prevention or treatment in the future.
