Summary
This study tests a new drug called ATH-063 in people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who have not improved with other advanced treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce symptoms like diarrhea and bleeding and help the gut heal. About 120 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to check safety and effectiveness.
