Summary

This study tests a drug called atacicept in 200 adults and teens with several autoimmune kidney diseases, including IgA nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. The goal is to see if it safely reduces protein in the urine and helps preserve kidney function. Participants must be on stable standard treatments and weigh at least 40 kg.
