Summary

This study tests a drug called atacicept in 200 adults and teens with autoimmune kidney diseases like IgAN and FSGS. The goal is to see if it safely reduces protein in the urine and helps preserve kidney function. Participants must already be on standard treatments and weigh at least 40 kg.
